Summary A Turkish-born Electrical Engineering PhD Candidate at NYU, based in New York City, working under the supervision of Prof. Shiv Panwar. My research interests lie in testing and analysis of cross layer interactions of network protocols in both experimental and analytical domains. I am actively working on transport and network layer protocols within a broader context of reliability.
